McCartney Young Lawyers conducted its first online conveyancing settlement on PEXA on 15 July 2016. It is one of only a handful of local firms to have taken the plunge into online conveyancing. The transaction went through smoothly and the various parties received cleared funds into their accounts less than an hour after settlement
